Chef/Owner & Founder of Vibe N Slurp & Roc N Ramen

A Former NYPD Officer who found his passion for Ramen, and has never looked back since opening Roc N Ramen in 2014. Roc N Ramen is Wayne’s expression of his combined love of Ramen and the bold flavors of his Caribbean heritage. For over 7 years now, The vibe, energy, playfulness and boldness are all cooked into each dish with love and passion. These attributes moved Chef Wayne to create Vibe N Slurp.  The bold new & exciting brand continues to surprise the taste buds!!  Chef Wayne believes that as much as the flavors define Vibe N Slurp, the soul, people and community also add to the longevity and staying power of the brand. Chef Mia Carrington

Chef/Owner, Business Management, Kitchen Operations, Social Media

Mia has been with Roc N Ramen for over 7 years, contributing to its growth by helping train staff, and create some of the Famous Dishes Oxtail Buns, the “Mia Special” dessert, a deep-fried bun with vanilla ice cream which is now a dessert special. Her dedication to service and the community are reflected in her work ethic and her team management practices.  Mia has worked tirelessly with her dad Chef Wayne & Chef Jeannie to create some NEW VIBE O  LICIOUS DISHES!!!!!! 

Laini Carrington

Owner, Business Management, & Hospitality, Social Media

Laini has been part of the Roc N Ramen family since the beginning. She has hired and trained Roc N Ramen associates, and has also been responsible for  Guest Service specializing in Hospitality!!!  Laini takes pride and has been successful in managing her staff and keeping our wonderful guest happy in a high volume restaurant.  Laini keeps the House in Order!!!!

Chef Jeannie Carrington

Chef/Owner, Research & Development, Training

Jeannie has been part of the Roc N Ramen family since the beginning. She has hired and trained Roc N Ramen associates, and has also been responsible for inventory, scheduling, payroll and menu management. Jeannie’s blend of artistry and passion for food is expressed in her attention to detail and flavors in the kitchen Hence the Jeannie Bun Sauce!! all while ensuring kitchen operations are smooth, and the team is highly motivated to serve the customers.
